Knowledge of
true things ("truth") is essential for the progress and advancement
of human civilization. It is necessary for health and well-being. Among all the
truths we could seek, one stands out as uniquely important. The knowledge of
our creator is most essential. Many moral values are largely dependent on
whether or not there is truly a being who created us.
Here the term “creator” will generally be used, mainly to allow for greater
objectivity in dealing with the subject, regardless of one’s beliefs or even
non-belief. The idea of a creator is in direct opposition to the idea of a
process, commonly called “evolution,” that is said to have, by itself, produced all
life as we know it.
While there
is much credible evidence supporting natural selection as a means of creating variations
in species, the expanded idea of a general evolution process that advanced life
from the most primitive single-celled creatures into complex, modern beings
capable of thought and self-reflection has led to many questions answered with speculative lies..
The first
and foremost evidence that an intelligent creator had a hand in creating life
is DNA. While scientists have declared DNA as clear evidence that all life
evolved from a single evolutionary origin, there is an underlying flaw in the
logic. It is highly unlikely that a mindless, random process would produce a
primitive prokaryotic cell endowed with an advanced system of DNA that would be
capable of representing all future eukaryotic life forms, including complex and
magnificent human beings, billions of years later.
A much more
likely possibility is that an intelligent being set up a framework for life
that included DNA as a foundation. From this innovative concept (DNA) all forms
of life could be created. Aside from DNA, there are many transitions that would
need to take place for species to advance from primitive to modern forms
present today, each of which is unlikely to result from the proclaimed cause
(evolution). Some of these impossible transitions include: single-cell division
to a two-sex reproductive system, single-cell division to in-womb incubation,
and co-dependence between plant and animal life, to name just a few.
Many who
don’t believe in a creator nor in religion condemn the believers as they
attribute to God what they can’t explain and leave it to faith. But the modern
trend toward a belief in evolution as the producer of life has resulted in a
new form of the same thing. The new “non-god evolution god” is seen as the
ultimate creator, to which all biological mysteries are attributed and these
evolution believers have strong faith that it is so. In fact, some things
attributed to evolution are practically nonsensical.
Rather than
use science to attempt to explain why there is no creator, we must use science
to discover our creator. We can then give validity to the ancient texts
explaining what his plans are for us and what he expects of us. According to
many of the texts, our creator has promised us many extraordinary things. These
are things which surely we would want, but we must know what we need to do to
receive them.
Because our
creator has the power and knowledge to create us, he surely has the ability to
evade any detection by natural means. That being the case, we could easily
conclude that he doesn’t exist even if he does. Because of this, it is
important that we always be open to the possibility that he does and search for
the evidence.
